She was born in Athens. She is a vocal performer, independent researcher, and musicologist. She graduated from the Department of Music Studies at the University of Athens, where she completed a doctoral dissertation on “Aspects of Modernism and Postmodernism in the Work of Alfred Schnittke”, funded by a State Scholarships Foundation (IKY) award after a competitive examination. She completed her classical singing studies with “Highest Distinction and First Prize” and also holds diplomas in piano and advanced music theory (Harmony/Counterpoint/Fugue).

As a lyrical singer/performer, she focuses on the contemporary classical repertoire (20th and 21st centuries), and on interartistic, multimedia, and experimental performances. Combining practice with theoretical vocal research, she has participated in and created performance lectures, sound installations, and recordings presented at both national and international conferences and residencies. Her articles have been published in Greek and international journals. She has given lectures at the Library of the Athens Concert Hall, the Department of Music Studies in Athens, and on the Third Programme of Greek National Radio (ERT), among others.
